Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Email our dedicated customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
